  • What have you worked on in partnership with other teachers to in regards to improving the student’s learning?

I participated in staff meetings for my subject areas and discussed students and teaching methods with teachers within the Science staff room. At this stage as a pre service teacher I believe it is my role to gather as much information from the experienced teachers around me and try to apply this within my classrooms. By doing this I will be developing myself as a teacher and improving the learning experiences for my students. I believe it is important that whilst on Prac I attend all relevant staff meetings and contribute within extra-curricular school activities. It is important that all members of the school community pull their weight and contribute effectively. This will result in a tight nit school community and show to the students that we care about them and their individual learning.
